I ordered the bouncy castle slide, air juggler ball pit and soft play package for my daughter’s 4th birthday party and they all had the most wonderful time! Chris was very friendly and helpful upon ordering and he arrived promptly and collected at the agreed time, I would highly recommend and I would not hesitate to use again.

From the moment we first contacted Chris, we knew we were dealing with a very professional company. I was really pleased with the service I received from Chris at All Bounce Surrey and felt the overnight hire cost was very reasonable. Chris arrived promptly at 8am on the day and set up the bouncy castle quickly so the boys had time to play on it before the party started, and as it wasn't needed the following day we were able to have it till after lunch meaning we got great use from it. Chris was friendly and smiling throughout and confirmed in advance, so we had complete confidence that it would come. The castle was big enough for several children and it was a great experience for all. I have no doubt that we'll be using ABS many times in the coming years.

I hired the Paw Patrol bouncy castle and diddy swing cars for my son's party and they were a massive success. All Bounce Surrey provided a fantastic “Disco Dome” for my sons 6th birthday party. We had 26 children at the party and the Disco Dome was really popular with all of them, regardless of age. We used All bounce Surrey for our 5 year olds Star Wars themed birthday party at the local Church hall. Chris was amazing from start to finish, he sent photos prior to booking which were exactly like the real thing, confirmed everything again a couple of days prior to the party and arrived on time to set up. AllBounce provided the Frozen bouncy castle for our daughters birthday party. The bouncy castle was fantastic and a huge hit with the kids. It was obvious that AllBounce take great care of their equipment, the castle was spotless and in excellent condition. A spare blower was also provided which was unexpected and a very nice touch. Chris and Andy were very professional, on time and took care to explain setup and safety. From enquiry to setup and collection they made it all so refreshingly easy. We recently used All Bounce Hire for a local fun day in Kingston Upon Thames, we were looking for a company in which were familiar with the area and could cater to the requirements we were given. All Bounce delivered such a fantastic service and Chris the company owner was more than willing to answer any questions leading up to the event. On the day itself we were lumbered with an unfortunate down pour meaning our outside event was then moved inside. I booked a bouncy castle with All Bounce Surrey, in particular one with a Disney Planes theme as my sons are obsessed with Dusty! The website was easy to navigate, and booking was easy. On Saturday 2nd May, my daughter had a 6th birthday party, which had to be Frozen themed. A few weeks before, I contacted AllBounce and enquired on whether they had a Frozen bouncy castle, to my delight a very friendly man named Chris informed me that they had a Frozen bouncy castle and it was indeed available for hire for the day of my daughters birthday party. Chris himself was away on the day of my daughters party, but he quickly got back to me and had found another colleague to set up the castle for our party. All details were confirmed and communication with Chris was superb. On the day another very friendly and approachable chap came and set up the bouncy castle for our party, explaining all the do's and dont's to my friend and leaving a set of clear and easy instructions to follow. Andy returned exactly when he said he would to pack away the bouncy castle. The whole thing was easy to book, clear and hassle free. I was super impressed with the whole thing from booking to the end. The price was also very reasonable too considering we could of had the bouncy castle all day if we wanted. (Unfortunately we were restricted on time due to the hall hire and there time constrictions) but super service, and all the children absolutely loved the bouncy castle. So much so that my daughter and her friends actually said that they preferred the bouncy castle to the hired 'Elsa', although she was fantastic too.
